Simple Syrup

Great for sweetening your favorite iced drinks or a Matcha (Green Tea) Latte Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water Directions: Boil water in a saucepan. Once boiling add in sugar, turn off heat, and whisk. Wait until cool to use. Store in a jar with a lid so it doesn't crystalize.
